To break this routine and pass on to Diarmuid what he needs to know about his cultural identity and family history, Paddy invites him to embark on a journey of initiation where values, legends and traditions come together. In this way, Diarmuid will be able to take the full measure of filial love, better understand his roots, and become even more deeply rooted in his native and ancestral land.

Just as the USA has its mythical Route 66, synonymous with escape, freedom and discovery, Ireland too has its own. And this Irish route is known as the Road of Legends!
